I'm selling my AI Mustang. As soon as it's gone I'll pick up a donor. Any NE guys building or running SE46?

My guess is this class will be huge in the NE. The Northeast guys love their Porsche's and BMW's. And with how annoying GTS is with hp caps and black boxes in cars, this is the best of all worlds for those guys. At GTS 2 lap times (I'm just guessing), it'll be a good package combo with speed, ease of prepping a car, driving a German RWD car, and relatively low cost.

Jonathan,

Correct me if I am wrong, but I was under the impression that as other spec classes - Spec E46 will have the HP cap and will have the compliance control measures in place (scales, dyno, etc). And trust me, if GTS and AIM will succeed in developing Black Boxes - many other classes will be very interested in using those (including SE46). I guess many other drivers are not as annoyed as you are with the GTS making it the most attended in the NE and Nationally.

Hey guys.
So we have dyno's on 5 engines. 4 never opened 1 had a head gasket. they all made the same HP and TQ. the only thing that made power was the tune, and that is a sealed item. if anyone makes power they have not read the rules.

I am from California but just moved to Rhode island (don't ask) and if anyone is building or tracking I am happy to help (ray). I have two spec e46 in so, cal and just finished the 25 hours in se46. I am still racing on the west coast but really want to start racing out here.

cheers
Peter

My son and I are considering building (or buying) a Spec E46 and we live in So Cal. We just sold our current car and look to have something done by the end of the year. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Eric
