I am not seeing the rules for building the ai car, all I see is the builds.
Basically we followed the same rules as the actual AIX rules. Just target A583 (give or take a point or two) and do whatever mods you feel are justified. The only bad thing is there's no way to measure track width...
Here's the specific link to our discussion on AI cars:http://www.nasarockymountain.com/nasa_f ... php?t=3577

Oh, I'm dillonp87 on XBL. Feel free to add me...I'm on a lot on week nights, building and testing cars. Not just AI cars either

And it is fairly realistic. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being pure arcade, and 10 being real life, it's about a 7. The oversteer dynamics are engineered to keep you from spinning out when you otherwise should.
Just wondering, is that published information? I feel the oversteer dynamics are very realistic (with the traction control off of course). It all depends on the car and the setup, though. Especially in the higher powered race cars...just one blip too hard on the throttle will send you sideways. I would agree with your 7 rating though.
