This is a broadcast post to add many new shops to the Midwest Region (currently being created for posting) of approved NASA Tech Centers.

We are particularly interested in shops that are full service, although its not a requirement. The perfect shop looks like this:

Located near a major city or track we use
Race-car Fabrication Expertise
Enjoys Track Events
Has a 248 or 448 Dynojet Dyno
Willing to read the NASA CC&R
likes the idea that NASA will send them customers

If you know of a shop that is active in the enthusiasts market, please list the shops contact info here. I will contact them from this info and discuss the details.

The Shop list will be posted on the website in a couple of weeks.

They are who I am going to use for my cage. They build race cars, mostly for Grand-Am, SCCA, BMWCCA and Porsche Club. So with that customer base, it would be great to get them involved with NASA.

Mark - thanks. I've spoken to Mark a couple of times. They will be given every opportunity to get involved.

Keep em' coming.

I'll email a guy at King Motorsports (Milwaukeeland), I wouldn't be surprised if they're interested. I am pretty sure their dyno is a Dynojet of some sort. They also are full-service (cages, motor work, etc.)

Owner Dan Mroz

He has a Dyno Jet 448 . I'm not sure if they perform fabrication, however, I know Dan has built several race cars.
I haven't been able to get Dan out to a NASA event, but he would be a great fit with our region. He is an avid open tracker, and has ties to several different open track organizations.
