Hallett.
You know, that gentleman / lady country club track near Tulsa.
Northern Texas.

Who is going?
Where can we stay in a hotel?
Anyone caravanning from Houston?
Will there be an open track on Friday June 10?
Is the big garage available? Anyone want to share it?

I'm going!
Staying at the Mayo Hotel in Tulsa.. Driving from Austin but happy to sync up in the DFW area. Sadly I don't have a garage.

Camp at the track - the "close" hotels 30min out are scary to sketchy at best. 1hr to anything you'd bring a wife to. Bonus - more party time and no DD required.

Hallett is super old school but pulls it off well and is fun.
Pick up the phone and call the track to ask about test days, you'll prob sign up for it via phone and can do it in one call.
Can also ask about garage avail but its highly likely they're all booked with long waiting list. Can't get a yes w/o asking though.
I bet you can get a caravan together from Houston. Always nice to have a buddy to help out should you need it (flats, etc).

Blitz? More like Blitzkreig !
Includes SU along side PTF.

I may return when SU doesn't run with PTSlow.

Yes, the track runs the practice day themselves which is good. Go to their website for more info. You can register online.

Garages will all be taken. Camp at the track if you can. Now wouldn't it be nice if all this info. was available to you somewhere.......

Nearest hotels are in Sand Springs. I've stayed at the Hampton Inn (OK, ask for the Hallett rate) and the Best Western (not as nice, but points).

I'll be camping if I can make the event. Down for Houston area caravan too, just hope it goes better than last time...

It's a lot of fun running with all of the crossover guys from Great Lakes / Midwest / Central regions.

halett is bay far one of the most fun tracks around. great racing, for hotel room plan on making a 45 min trip and stay at a good place. rates are very good. the covered spaces are all gone one year in advance. make sure you are there Thursday afternoon if you want a good parking.

see you all there

I'm sure PTF would prefer to not run with SU also... why don't you get both camps to reach out to mgt directly. As in get people calling Will. With a phone.
