hi, just wondering... did anyone run ST2 in Northern California in 2010? anyone planning to run in 2011? I tried looking at the 2010 results but the link on the nasa website doesn't work: http://www.nasaproracing.com/results/norcal.html clicking on 2011 season points links get a 404 error.

so, anybody have any insight into car counts? thanks.

There were only a few cars than ran in ST2 this year in Nor Cal. Bill Brinkoff in his Corvette was the most consistent and there were just a few others. Bill also came South and raced with us in So Cal several times during the year. We have fairly large ST2 classes and we run Buttonwillow 4 weekends per year. BW is only a few hours down the I5 from East Bay....

I started racing ST2 with nasa at the end of 2010. I was hoping that the class would grow this year, but that was not the case. I did a few nasa weekends in Norcal and two in Socal. But most of my racing was in scca T1 where there are more cars to compete with. I still plan to do some ST2 racing next year and I hope more people will join the fun. I just finished getting my ST2 car running again today after 5-6 months of not driving it.

So I was just looking at the NorCal NASA site at the first couple events for 2012. And I see there is no option for racing ST1 or ST2. Oversight? Anybody else thinking about running ST2 this year? Or should I pull 1000 lbs off my car and run SU .
